FEMA is under Patriotic control. The camps might have been built to imprison Patriots originally but now they are being repurposed. They would be leaked/declassified if Trump would have found no use.

I heard that more than a few years ago when Obama was in office from Alex jones. Even the thought of that I couldn't bear it and now I find out it may be true, meant to imprison us and exterminate us like the Jews but on a grander scale.
