The bureaucrat was very forthcoming - they know the bureaucracy and can speed things up or slow things down. Ultimately, this 'inertia' needs to be dealt with. The inability to fire government workers is ludicrous. Who the hell are they to impose their biased and self-serving wills to override the people? They work for us!
