Hey man, I'm just pointing something out. idk what's going to happen, I know he can attack somewhere without congress approving it but to declare war "the right way" it has to go through congress.

Changed "send troops in" to attack because this shit is convoluted as hell but apparently we can drone strike people without being in war. The legality of it makes no sense.
