Serious question. Is it too late for Biden to concede?

Looking at the Prison built around the capitol building, I think if I were Biden I would want to take the deal, but is it too late for him?

It is too late. Not because of laws, because of how deeply he is corrupted. I think Obama knew he wasn't going to be able to convince America he could "win" the election and that is why he asked him no to run.
