Serious question. Is it too late for Biden to concede?

Looking at the Prison built around the capitol building, I think if I were Biden I would want to take the deal, but is it too late for him?

I joked a while ago that his constant gaffes where actually a coded cry for help.

If that actually ends up being true I might feel bad for the guy.
