I blame them only if they continue to be in denial even after being shown the evidence. My coworkers, for example, made excuses about the BLM activist planning the riot saying that "oh he's just someone who likes to riot, trump is still at fault". People like this cannot be red pilled unfortunately, the MSM narrative is so strong in them that they choose not to listen to anything else :(
