This is probably silly, but her name was so strangely spelled and looks close to Alice Rabbit which Q referred to Hillary as Alice in wonderland alot. If you take out the letters that don't match from "Ashli" to "Alice" and "Babbitt" to "Rabbit" you get "Betise HRC". Which is french for "Stupid HRC". French is a common language in Haiti.
