I agree with this. If Biden does take the oath of office, doesn't Trump's power end at that point? I know we think the military is in control, but again...optics. Most of the public will believe Biden is the President and his people will start insisting they have all authority. He already has committed enough crimes to lock him him up forever. Why let the inauguration happen?
