I've been accepting defeat, that Biden will be president. Lots of cognitive dissonance for me, so I can understand them better if our Republic is saved. Try it.... only consume their media for a few days, trigger your own cognitive dissonance so you can better empathize.

The book says that Trump himself uses the strategy to anticipate his opponents. The idea here is to reduce the influence of propaganda, and the means is to understand your own cognitive dissonances.
