That isn't in the US. First clue that white van that has the tarp over the back, that isn't a US version. Second those power lines are not US design more eastern europe. The VW wagons steering wheel isn't too visible on the left hand side its on the right.

It is a air show. You can tell when the person turns the camera to the side, and when he starts to move he passes a viewing stand. If you can pause it fast enough, you can see the stairs and the people on top watching
