it is not a Joke. I am a software engineer and I DO have 20 years experience. I worked with several different teams with people from all around the world. Software is not perfect as you guys say is in your unicorn world. Software fail! Bugs exist! We have a process to tackle bugs. If you guys are so perfect coding as you say why are you not owning Microsoft, Apple, Facebook or Twitter? Stop being assholes. Software DO fail. This video shows NO evidence of failure. Stop being paranoid.
