I'm not saying there is or isn't any National Guard there. But from the news clips we are being shown, they appear to be bussed in using normal tour busses and offloading directly onto the Capitol grounds.

25k is a lot of troops. The Capitol ain’t that big. I do know they are being quartered at the DC Armory, but that place will only hold 2-3k tops.
