A few articles came out today around this and if you read in the abc article it says:

The Associated Press, citing a person familiar with the planning

Another by USA today says this about the same subject:

two sources familiar with his plans said on the condition of anonymity to discuss details not yet announced.

So take it with a grain of salt, we know how much the media likes their "familiar but anonymous sources". Fox probably just basing it off of one of these articles. A big game of my friend's, friend, told me an anonymous source...
