Hypothetical Question: What would we see if the plan failed?

I'm still telling my friends that Trump will serve his second term, he has something planned. Biden won't be President. If Biden actually gets sworn in, can we say something went wrong and it didn't work?

If Biden is sworn in he would have to cancel all Trump emergency declarations

Primarily the FEMA ones.

FEMA could technically remain in control after Biden is inaugurated.

But things would have to move fast to take down Biden/Harris
