IMO the important takeaway here is that there is now CONFIRMATION that something happened to Gina Haspel.

To be more clear -- even IF this is just a suggestion, why would he think to make it IF CIA was on lock? IF GH was alive and doing a great job then no need for the suggestion in the first place, yeah?
