AEP notice of power outage plan for the day of the 19

Now I live in SW Va. and my power company just called me with a recorded message that power will be cut on the 19th from 9am to 9pm...first time in 25 years of getting that message..got one before when it was only wince it was restored..

Seems routine. Is there a way to see about previous inaugurations? So many people together from government seems they would make these restrictions.
