Can some tell me what Wictor's credentials are. I searched for a good while, and count not find any information on him that would give me a reason to pay attention to him.
Same with Jeffery Prather. So far he appears to be a legend in his own mind. He claims he is a whistleblower, but try as I might I could not find anything he blew the whistle on. I hate to put any patriot down, but he just smacks of a showboater to me with all his Karate moves. I do have an open mind though, and will gladly reverse my impression if I can find some information on him.
