Just read it myself. Doesn’t say anything about a bombing. Incident report described a suspicious vehicle that was occupied by males claiming they were Israelis, and that ‘Palestine is the problem’. They did have black bag with their belongings (however inventory not attached) and a sock filled with ~$4k in cash.
