Wouldn't Biden arrest still be justified with the dissolution of the US Corp by trump EO, thereby making Biden the president of fuck-all, nada?

Assuming that's the plan but that whole corporate dissolution thing imo treads into like nesara/gesara territory, and I believe it's mostly speculation.
