She still hasn’t given up her Senate seat unless I missed it. Most are saying because they want her for impeachment, but it doesn’t seem any Senate trial will be held before inauguration . So my thought ... Remember the Smollett federal special counsel’ ? We know she and Booker were heavily involved in getting Smollett to do his thing.. maybe there is a indictment just waiting for her on that deal. If there is , and she knows it, she wouldn’t resign and give them the ability to arrest her, just keep it until she is sworn in.
