I went back and watched the clip of that interview (Jan 15, on Bret Baier) and that painting never is shown. The pic looks poorly photo shopped onto a screen cap. The lighting and shadows are off.

The pedo artwork was shopped. I managed to find the Fox Video where they showed that wall, and there was a doorway there, not a picture.
