With all of the road closures, is it not possible that these are just from the road closures? Can anyone confirm that it wasn’t like this earlier this evening?

EDIT - Just noticed the screen caps from earlier time stamps. Definitely was something going on and all the activity has settled down now.

Many troops at capitol higher chance of one having medical event? But that looks like a lot more then an ambulance.
