I don't know Usa law, but since the dem always do what they want, are they obliged to inaugurate Biden in the Capitol?
What if they just say "Capitol is too dangerous, vikings could come back and kill everybody, so the virtual inauguration will be held in an undisclosed location" (like a bunker or whatever).
I don't understand why they must walk in the trap in order to have a president.
I don't believe the Constitution requires the swearing in to happen at a specific location. So yes technically it appears it can happen somewhere else. It's a good point and a good question.
