Does Pedo Joe have to go to DC, enter the gates to be inaugurated?

Sorry, Canadian Patriot here so I don't know all the inner workings of the U.S. Presidency. Does Pedo Joe have to go to DC, enter the gates to be inaugurated or can he avoid the planned trap and backdoor us somehow and get sworn in from somewhere safe, like his basement, lol?

Real Canadian Patriots who need our Corporation "Country" saved too are praying for 'The Plan'.
