Can I ask what you mean by the 5 star tweets, 4 star tweets to now 3 star tweets?

I've been looking into 1, 2, 3 year Q deltas from the drops and there's one juicy one from Jan. 18th, 2018. It makes me think the day all this goes down will be NOT on the 20th, but the 18th, which matches up with your star delta countdown.
Still don't get the countdowns. Nothing has happened from them.
It's possible it's not for us. Not all communication on Q posts was for anons and I would expect the same with other forms of communication.
