At this point my theory is Trump actually will depart on the 20th and no longer be president. But Biden won't be inaugurated. This way Trump's hands are truly clean and he's seen as neutral - as Q stated.

After the military conducts their tribunals, either they will determine Trump is the legitimate winner as a part of their investigations or they'll conduct a new vote without interference or manipulation and he'll win that way.
