The two msn videos I watched both cut to Obama during the beginning , but it looks to be about 45 seconds total. In the White House version, you can see Trump point to Obama behind him, and at than moment you can see the soldiers walk forward. Then 45 seconds later they turn to leave.
It’s crazy to watch this again. Trump thanks Obama for the transition, knowing they were creating a shadow government at the very same time. Then immediately afterwards Trump shows he’s in control.
