I restarted and mine is still gone. Maybe carrier related or iOS version. I’m on straight talk with T-Mobile SIM. My wife’s iPhone is on 14.2 thru Verizon and her alerts are at the bottom still.
When you say restarted, did it run out of battery or did you turn it off? Basically I read that if your phone dies or restart, it will auto update to 14.3 and clear the alerts? Apple!
In the UK they tried to get people to download track and trace, when that didn't work Apple kindly wrote the code for a similar system and bundled it into the update, 14.3 I'm suspecting something similar has taken out your Gov alerts?

No it’s still 13.6.1. I’m wondering if it’s carrier related.
Good. Keep it on 13.6.1 and don't let it run out of battery power or switch it off? Are you sure it's not somewhere else amongst settings?
