No congress selects the director of fema but the statement says who is gonna take his place..we know nothing of the dude..gaynor is stepping up and somebody is stepping up in fema to take his place until congress votes on a new director..if nothing happens with the storm and congress stays in..this communism concentration camp shit could come through if pelosi has any say who it is..this is why my mind is whack right now..
