The other guy that got in the news, Aaron Mostofsky, had to pay $100,000 bail and was released with pending federal charges and required to wear an ankle monitor gps unit and other restrictions.

Seems people are being treated differently in the eyes of the law. They were all at least there, inside, so that is at least trespassing. Yet some people are released w/o bail and others have to pay a hefty bail!
