Linus Pauling (chemist) was awarded a US patent on a cure for heart disease. His formula consisted of large daily doses of Vitamin C (he used ascorbic acid) and L-Lysine, an amino acid. Later, after Pauling's death, another chemist proposed adding L-Proline (another amino acid), which improved the efficacy of the formula.
Go to the Linus Pauling Institute website for more info.
Beware the many expensive product lines that claim to be Pauling's formula... they're hugely expensive and no better than just buying the ingredients yourself.
Please expand on these supplements? I’m interested in all things secret.
