I agree, and was wondering if each member of the military has the ability to arrest? so 30,000 troops, could arrest 30,000 officials? would be an awesome movie scene...

I doubt the NG will make the arrests. They'll keep dumbassery and hail maries at bay but some small number of (marines?) will make the arrests considering how relatively few they need to arrest publicly
