I think it was a call to get the crumbs in line and follow the plan. This drop was right before the election so I suppose order was... well... in order. At least that's my guess. Every time I've seen Q use bread it was as bread crumbs as in info.
Crumbs are the drops, the bakers (mods) keep the bread (thread) tidy removing the clutter posts to keep the info clear.
