Q drop 4414 had all of these things listed Red 1-Red 6 including Trump's twitter getting removed

If you go to Sec. Pompeo's twitter 2 days ago he tweeted a picture of 6 bottles of red wine. People thought hmmm is that Red 6???

Yesterday he tweeted a picture of 5 boxes on a red table cloth

And I was going through his tweets, and I thought this picture was cropped in a really funny place. And I can see 4 red life boats? I think that's what they are.

I was just seeing if anyone else thought this could be a Red 4 comm?
