Sidney is a Military lawyer just an FYI she is qualified for Military Tribunals. She is big cheese. Not saying all this is legit or she is dooming just pointing out there is a reason she represented Flynn

Powell is not military, not a JAG and not able to prosecute anyone in a military tribunal. She can however represent.
