Something's up that needs them to not just have troops, but to pull some troops in from everywhere.

Is this setting up for an epic false flag? Are the troops going to be witness to something that turns them into evangelists when they're sent back to their varied bases? Is it just desperate "send me everyone!" panic because some dumb fuck actually believes there's going to be some rightist storm of the capitol on the 20th?

It's super weird.
