Their fatal flaw is they ALWAYS overreach. This is also why we'd be screwed if they got full power, they'd be overreaching all over us. They have no brakes and no ability to recognize that they may be walking into a trap. China is also overreaching trying to take over America, etc.
If Trump understands his enemy he would have built his plan around this, leading us to a moment exactly like this.
If they were smart enough to play it slow, they would have given the Republicans the senate to help the transition into a one party state and to progressives someone to blame. Feeling they needed to take that too makes me believe they have no self control when it comes to gimme gimme more power and spreading their woke garbage.
But as we've learned as this has played out, fuck republicans, the establishment has their own interests in mind.
