Yeah, regardless of which code page or antiquated system I throw it in, I keep coming up with non-printables.
I tried a shift (like "Q" or x45) but the range is just to great for printable characters.
Maybe a sliding window slider? I dont think this is standard tech encoding. Where's our ex-spooks at?
