I don't think this is any type of coded cypher. But if it is, the amount of variance in the symbols is only enough for 2-3 characters

Yes, I know how it works. I've been doing binary/hex/octal conversions for quite some time now. I'm just saying IMO there's only enough info in the post for a few characters
