Fraud presented to who and who would have the authority to cancel? The Supreme Court has said no. It’s not like you can present that to the military. It seems like this card has been played and was a loser.

You can present it to the military, because it falls under national security. It could even be considered an act of war. If they hacked and changed votes, that fact bypasses courts and demands a military response.
The military has no jurisdiction over elections. And an act of war? I think we’re going to have to agree to disagree on that type of statement.
