Having a little trouble decoding it. I'd put it through one of the decoder sites but there's no way of knowing where it breaks. Anyone know morse code that can decode this message?
Y#P#P#X#QXCJ#QJFY##Q#QJF i used flags for dash and locks for dot. Not sure WTH this message means but....there you go
i decided to reverse dots and dashes....here is what you get LZXVXVPCFP#BCFBQLZCFCFBQ
You’ve got it backwards fren - Y is -.— not .-..
Sorry drinking. .-.. is L
And I’m late to the party ;(
i ran it both ways....flags as dashes and flags as dots....i was in a hurry so it is possibly I transcribed something incorrecty but,...do it for yourself.... https://morsecode.world/international/translator.html
here is with the flags as dashes: Y#P#P#X#QXCJ#QJFY##Q#QJF
It is Morse code. First word is literally “TWEET”. Decode here: https://dcode.fr/morse-code Use French dictionary, then translate to English. Then, unscramble words. Creates fragments like: ARMY WAITING, CLEAN SEWER, AGENT ADMITS, ATTEMPTED FRAME, etc.

Can we see the original? Unfortunately without the breaks there’s no way to tell it’s not just a string of E’s and T’s.
Check Mike Pompeo's twitter, the one with all the China flags and the locks. It looks like morse code ( .-..--..-..-...--..-...-.--.-.-...-..--..-.--...-.-...-.-...--.-.-..--..-.-...-.-.-...-.-...--.- ) One of the letters is Q but where does it break and what does the message say? Someone said the word MARINE is somewhere in the message

That would be — .- .-. .. -. .
I have a family member that was part of the USAF Security Service and worked in MC. This person said the first three groupings said LWS, but wasn't sure it was actual MC. Gonna do some more work on it and let me know.
Could it be some other code then?
The last bit "translating" to Q might be all there is to it.
Though if you want to go a bit more nuts, it was posted at 2200 hours, breaking out a pair of two "character" morse letters gives you .- .. = A I
I tried 8-bit binary integers but that didn't seem to mean a damn thing.
Pompeo is enjoying himself too fucking much.

The last letter appears to be Q. That's all I can figure out (Q= --.- )

This is doable, but it’s gonna take for friggin ever even if you know Morse code.
Consider that the first letter could be:
E . A .- R .-. L .-..
The length of the letter before is going to affect the next letter too (if E, then T, N, W or P.... if A then M or U..). So in theory you can abandon some routes if they don’t make the start to a word but each letter provides for several more possibilities each time you decide.
OK WAIT if we’re gonna do this consider the ‘decision chart’ in the first image at www.learnmorsecode.com

No no, it only maintains coherence if you’re spelling actual words. If it’s groups of scrambled letters then it could be absolutely anything.
ETA: if you swap dots for dashes then yes the first word can be tweet. Interesting.
It results in actual full words. You can try yourself with the links I provided. The words are out of order, so you need to rearrange them. Not full sentences, more like sentence fragments... but the words seem too connected to each other and to current events to have simply been random.
I think that post was for the enemy. Let them spin their wheels decoding something whilst leaving other info in plain sight.
each line is 16 bits, there's one combination I haven't tried yet though.
Assume padlock=1, flag=0, start from the end and work backwards to see if it comes up with something in a binary to ascii converter. Next test would be to reverse the 1's and 0's. I tried them forwards but it was gibberish.
Too late here, need sleep.

However, possibly meant to let patriots know things are happening behind the scenes? Either way, fun to discover.
nice, has anyone posted a full proof? I wouldn't mind reading it
These are all 60 words (translated from French) that are found in the code. (Note that some words are going to be false positives. However, it is quite striking how connected this group of words is, especially in their relevance to the moment. The English dictionary only resulted in 30 random, meaningless words. The fact that the first word was TWEET from a code that was posted via an image tweet seems to prove that this was intentional.) ADMITS, ADMIT, AGENT, BRING, AMEND, ARMY, WAITING, SQUASH, SHORT, SCOOP, SEWER, START, FLOOR, STEP, KIND, PIGLET, TASTE, PIER, THROW AWAY, THROW, MAGNA (i.e. Magna Carta), MANY, MAITE (Spanish name meaning “Love” or “Bringer of Love”), CONTROLLER, MATTE, LEAD, WEATHER, MURGE (Meaning unclear), MUTANT, WELL-OFF, CLEAN, BREAKDOWN, POTATO, PATENT, PAYET (French origin meaning “Power”), POET, QUEST, RAMEN, ROW, ANNUITY, RETRO, ROUEN (City in Northern France), TAGGE (Meaning unclear), TAMPA, TYPING, SWATTER, CLEAT, TENOR, ATTEMPTED, FRAME, THIRTY, TROIKA (Group of three people working together), TROPE, HOLE, KILL, TWEET, TWEET (Alternate spelling)
Thanks, much appreciated.
Just a random thought, has anyone ever tried applying scrabble word scores to Q drops? Unlikely, but it might be an avenue I'll look at after the dust settles. Eyes glued right now :)
