I was digging around and I found some older pics with at least one of the pictured female officers in them. To me it looks like her own security detail. And I've yet to find a badge that looks like what they're wearing.
Looks to me like they could be Deputy Marshalls (hmmmm...), Federal Protective Services (hmmmmmm...), or FEMA (hmmmmmmmmm...). Could also maybe be U.S. Provost Marshalls (the Army and Marine Corps police; they handle base security and crimes committed by service members and civilian contractors.)
It sure looks like something interesting. Those women don't look like they're in any kind of decent mood and Nancy looks disheveled, tired, and upset.

Was thinking the same, females are called when arresting. If these were security only, I'd guess a few men would be involved.
