What if Rothchilds had a heart attack because he found out Trump was about to seize all his and the de Rothchilds fortune and divide it amongst the world bases on one of his initial Executive Orders, which allowed for the seizing of all assets of someone guilty of human trafficking?

And with their wealth connected to everywhere, they're involved in it.
