The lights weren't off the other night. There was a dimming filter on the camera.

You can tell because when the lights come back on the cop car lights go from being dimmed to being super bright.

If it was really a blackout/brownout it wouldn't affect the police car at all. It's the camera.

Im aware, but on the weekdays the lights were normal. Why the weekend occurrence?
