Yes, down to the bottom where the FCC lists all of the regulatory compliance PDFs.

We're splitting hairs. FCC regulates OTA Fox Affiliates. FCC does not regulate content created by the network. FCC DOES regulate the carrier backbones, microwave networks and satellite turnarounds which carry Fox feeds.
