I'm sure an autist did this already but here's my 2 cents. counted the flags/locks found 3 matching sequences and 5 unique numbers. <60 could point to drops below 60, of which there are 5, all dealing w/corruption & outcomes ppl wont want to deal with. Drops 107 and 61 are also significant but >60 - The Great Awakening

As in convert binary to Chinese, not English...so by that extent, yes: A completely different result.
