My Observations:

Starts in Beijing during the NAS "pandemic"

All the Chinese are wearing masks as they peacefully protest

Reeves plays an elite "mnemonic agent" with the alias Mr. Smith -- Agent Smith from the Matrix

PharmKom = Big Pharma = Bad Guys

Term "Jack in" used BEFORE The Matrix

Bad movie. Bad acting, Stilted action. Low budget. However, the story is good and I would LOVE to see a big budget, big SPFX re-make of this movie and I think it would be really awesome,
