I know as much as the next guy but the publication that this article came from republished it, it's not original and the other source is Snopes. Make what you want of it but I wouldn't bite on this one. That many troops would have to be transported in large ships or large airplanes, either way they would have been spotted by our satellites, recon planes and Navy Frigates.
