There is the belief a virtual inauguration will take place - watch all his press conference with the same background and same bricks. Where is that?

From my understanding, the virtual inauguration will still be at the Capitol, but no one is allowed to attend.

Whereas normally anyone who wants to go to the inauguration can go.
