Seriously? I don’t wonder because it is a no fucking brainer. Let’s see... why does one specific religion have such a problem with this? Is it maybe, oh I don’t know, because they won’t let the priests get laid ?
I’m not Catholic but what I’ve read is that the priests have much more access to the boys. Alter boys, that type of thing. Also I’m guessing a lot of them are gay, and being Catholic it is against their belief system so they are like ok, I’ll be a priest, that way I don’t have to worry about it cause I can’t have sex anyways. But you can’t pray away someone’s sexual appetites.
The Catholic Church has permitted female altar servers since March 1994.
I believe what we see is that wherever there is a place of power it will be infiltrated with these monsters. Doctors, politicians, clerical (all religions), teachers, coaches, and on and on.
